My Background
My Personal training career started when I began work at a gym in 2015, qualifying as a Level 3 Personal Trainer. I quickly moved on to work for a mobile personal training company. 18 months in and I'd gained experience teaching individuals, groups, corporate boot-camps, after school clubs and clients ranging from 18 – 76 years of age. January 2018 and I became self employed running my own business, an exciting challenge that has been a huge success for me, helping me expand my client base and having the opportunity to help even more people with their well being. My love of training and exercise stems from my background in Figure skating. I trained and competed in the sport for 10 years ranking sixth in the country and winning gold at my final senior international in April 2019. Part of the joy of my job is the continued education that it requires. Whether its reading, studying, listening to podcasts or attending development courses, there's always something new to learn. With 6000 hours in sessions as a trainer, I don't plan on slowing down anytime soon!
