FAQ's
What do we do in the consultation and trial session?
During your consultation we'll discuss your goals and your reasons for training. We then plan out how we can best achieve these goals, followed by an example session of the kind of training we are likely to do together. There is no pressure to commit to training during a consultation; you will always be given time on your own after the meeting to make the decision.

I travel on a 15 mile radius from the location shown on the map below. If your location is outside the 12 mile radius, a premium rate may apply.
I can only afford one session a week, Is that enough to reach my goals?
If one session is all you can train due to financial or time reasons that's no problem. I'll set training for you to do outside of the session that suits you, nothing that will take longer than 20 minutes.
What if I can't make our regular session time?
Setting regular training times is good for commitment, however, from time to time life will get in the way. On those occasions we can try and reschedule the session during the same week for free. I hold a 24 hour notice period on cancellations.
What equipment do I need?
Appropriate training wear such as trainers, t-shirts, tracksuit bottoms, shorts and light jackets. All weights and other equipment will be provided and brought to the session.
I don't have a garden or local field to train at, will there be enough room inside?
Almost certainly. Sessions can be adapted for minimal space. In severe weather we would likely train indoors also.
I'm not very fit and haven't done exercise in years will I be able to train?
Yes. There is no baseline fitness ability needed. We will begin where you are and work from there.
